  • We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) all over Pakistan.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are delivered within 2–3 working days.

  • Delivery time may vary depending on location, weather, or courier delays.

  • Customers are responsible for providing correct address details.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your product.

  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as delivered.

  • Refunds are processed after inspection and approval.

  • Used, damaged, or opened items are not eligible for return/refund.

7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
