Return & Refund Policy – Jella

At Jella, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your product.

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.

  • The product must be in its original packaging.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or confirmation email).

Non-returnable items include:

  • Used or damaged products

  • Items without original packaging

  • Accessories offered as free gifts

  • Hygiene-related products (for safety reasons)


2. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected.
After inspection, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 3–7 business days.

Refunds will be issued in one of the following ways:

  • Bank Transfer

  • JazzCash / Easypaisa

  • Store Credit (upon request)

Note: Cash on Delivery (COD) shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.


3. Exchanges

We only replace items if:

  • They are defective

  • They arrive damaged

  • You received the wrong product

To request an exchange, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with pictures/video of the issue.


4. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled before the product has been shipped.
Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled, but you may request a return after receiving it.


5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • For defective or wrong items, we will cover the return shipping cost.
